Engineering Information Technology Services

Engineering IT provides several important services to students, faculty, and staff in the college. While similar services may also be available through Central IT Services, most services below are restricted to Engineering users.

There are many ways to get help with your computing needs. The following are different ways to get your questions answered about how to use computers in the College of Engineering.

Many questions have simple answers. We're starting to collect some of these on our "Online Answers" page. Check it out and see if your question is answered here!

Chat with Support Team

Chatting more your style? Try instant messaging our support team to get your questions answered immediately. Locate the jabber (or other IM) address on the IT Staff list, or connect to the support chat room and ask questions of the entire team. We live on chat all day long.

Can't find your answer on the web? Please Request Assistance on our web site for any IT-related issue. We'll email you the answer as soon as we can.
